i use this every weekend when I take my dog to the park and it holds up perfectly fine every time.

The raised sides are just the right height, my dog can see out the window but still feels contained enough to stay calm. He used to whine the whole drive and now he just sits there looking out. Big difference.
My last one kept sliding all over the center console and I had to hold it in place the whole drive. This one stays put with the straps actually securing it properly, so my hands can stay on the wheel where they belong.
Works well, fits well, pet seems content. That's all I needed.
Finally something that fits the center armrest properly. My little guy looks so comfortable sitting up in it.

ok this thing is actually so cute and functional at the same time.
It sits right on the center armrest between the front seats which means my dog is close to me without being in my lap. I can reach over and pet him at a red light and he seems way more relaxed being at that height.
