my last booster seat for my dog had this flimsy plastic frame that bent after a few weeks of use. this one has a metal frame so it actually holds its shape. my corgi is sleeping like a literal baby on this lol.

the metal frame is what really sold me once I had it in my hands. you can tell it's not going to collapse under a squirmy dog. my beagle shifts around a lot in the car and the seat keeps its shape no matter what.
Very pleased with this. It keeps my small dog safely elevated and he seems to enjoy looking out the window during rides.
it clips onto the headrest and the seat belt loops keep it anchored really well. my dog used to slide all over the back seat and now she just stays in her spot and looks out the window like a little queen 🐾!!

the storage pockets on the sides are actually more useful than I expected. I keep his travel treats in one and a foldable water bowl in the other. everything I need for a car ride is right there without digging through my bag.

honestly it just works fine. my pug rides in it on every errand, the frame stays solid, and it straps to the seat without sliding around. nothing to complain about.
the 20 lb capacity is legit. my dog is right around that weight and the seat doesn't dip or feel stressed at all. the metal frame underneath clearly makes a difference compared to the all-fabric ones I've tried before.
I was worried the storage pockets would be that sad thin mesh that rips the first time you use it, but they're actually sturdy. I keep waste bags, a small toy, and my dog's leash attachment in there and nothing has torn or stretched out.
My dog used to whine the whole car ride and now she just sits in her seat and relaxes. I don't know if it's the elevation or the coziness but something works.
it's solid, it's practical, and my dog approves 😁.
