the U-shaped cutout at the back is actually really well thought out. it takes pressure off the tailbone area completely, which I didn't fully appreciate until I drove a few hours without stopping and realized my lower back wasn't killing me.
I drive for work so I'm in the car constantly. the cutout in the rear really does redistribute where your weight sits and after a while I stopped noticing that familiar ache I used to get by midday.
