The way the back pillow attaches to the headrest strap means it doesn't slip down the seat over time. I've used ones that just rest there and they always migrate down by the time you're an hour into a drive. This one actually stays where you put it. 😊

one thing i really like is that the cover is removable and actually washable. I got a coffee drip on the seat cushion and just tossed the cover in the wash. Came out clean, went back on fine. Didn't ruin anything.
