the memory foam has a slower sink to it, not that cheap instant-compress kind. Feels like it's actually supporting rather than just adding a layer of soft material between you and the seat.
honestly just use it without really thinking about it anymore. Fits in the car, does its job, nothing shifts around. Neck feels fine after long drives now which wasn't the case before.
told my coworker to grab one of these because she was nervous about the foam going flat after a few uses. She's been using it daily for her commute and says it still feels exactly the same as when she first got it. We both love ours.

the adjustable strap is genuinely useful. I switched it between my car and my husband's and just adjusted the strap each time, took about ten seconds. Both seats are totally different shapes and it worked fine in both.
