What I really like is that the brush is actually full and dense, so it moves snow fast without having to go over the same spot five times. The extension is smooth to adjust and locks where you set it.

The foam grip makes a real difference when it's early morning and cold. Your hand doesn't cramp up as fast and you're not fighting the handle the whole time you're clearing the car.
