the straps that attach to the headrest are adjustable so it sits at exactly the right height. I drive and my husband uses my car too and we're different heights, both of us have it positioned comfortably.
the PU leather cover has a really clean look, not cheap or plastic feeling at all. it wipes down in seconds which is great because I eat in my car more than I should admit.
my last car pillow was this cheap foam thing that went flat after a few weeks. this one still feels just as supportive as when I first got it, the memory foam actually holds its shape.
