Socket-Side Diagnostics, Phone-Side Display

This scan tool uses a compact OBD2 interface module that remains connected at the vehicle diagnostic port while the phone or tablet displays data in the app. It interfaces with the standard J1962 16-pin OBD2 connector used on 1996+ gasoline vehicles. Power is drawn from the vehicle diagnostic connector on the 12V electrical system.

Codes, Monitors, and PID Data in One Workflow

After Bluetooth pairing, the app communicates through the OBD2 interface to request diagnostic information and data parameters. Functions include reading and clearing confirmed, pending, and permanent DTCs, viewing freeze-frame records associated with a stored code, and checking emissions readiness monitor status. Live data supports multiple PIDs shown as graphs, gauges, or numeric readouts, with optional logging for later review. Mode 6 test data is available when supported by the vehicle.

Plug In, Pair, Store

Insert the module into the vehicle OBD2 port, typically located under the dash near the driver footwell. Pair to an iOS or Android phone or tablet via Bluetooth, then select the vehicle profile in the app to start a diagnostic session. The module size supports storage in common cabin compartments such as a glove box, center console, or door pocket.

honestly just plugged it in and opened the app and it worked. reads codes, shows live data, does exactly what it's supposed to. nothing complicated about it.

my mechanic friend said it was a solid pick for the price, and he was right.

Solid.

really solid little scanner, works on both cars I own and the Bluetooth has been reliable the whole time.

This is one of those things you don't realize you needed until you have it. Quick to connect, easy to read the results, and it works across different vehicles in the family.

Perfectly fine tool. Bluetooth works, app works, codes come up clearly. No complaints.

Very handy to have around. I've already used it a few times since I got it and it's saved me some unnecessary stress about warning lights.

Really pleased with this. Does exactly what I needed and didn't cost a fortune.

ok this thing is actually so good, saved me a trip to the shop just to find out what a code meant.

I'm not super tech-savvy but even I figured this out pretty easily. Plugged it in, downloaded the app, connected, done. Read the code on my car and looked it up right there on my phone.

great for checking codes before you go to the dealer so you actually know what they're talking about.

cleared my check engine light in under two minutes. very happy with this.

Bought this after my check engine light came on and I didn't want to pay just to find out what it was. Worked perfectly. Cleared the code after fixing the issue and it hasn't come back 🔥.

The live sensor data is actually really useful. I can watch my coolant temp, O2 readings, and RPMs in real time while someone else drives. Helped me track down an intermittent issue that wouldn't show a stored code.

told my coworker to grab one of these because she was nervous about whether it would actually work with her iPhone. She texted me the same day saying it paired up instantly and she already cleared a check engine light she'd been ignoring for months.

good little tool to keep in the glove box.

What I really like is that it works on both my Android phone and my wife's iPhone using the same scanner. No buying two different tools. Just swap who's using the app and it connects right up to whichever vehicle we plug it into.

Does what it says 👍!

Works on pretty much anything from 1996 onward since that's when OBD2 became standard. I've used it on four different vehicles so far, a 2002, a 2009, a 2014, and a newer one, and it read codes on all of them without any fuss.

Had one of those cheap plug-in readers before that only worked with a specific outdated app that kept crashing. This connects right up over Bluetooth and the app support is way more reliable. Night and day difference.

My last OBD scanner would drop the Bluetooth connection every few minutes and it drove me insane. This one stays connected solid the whole time I'm reading codes. Used it on my wife's Civic and my old F-150 without a single dropout.

Simple and effective. Paired to my phone quickly and read the fault code on my truck without any issues. Exactly what I was looking for.

Being Bluetooth means the phone sits in my hand while the scanner stays plugged into the port under the dash. No cord stretched across the interior, no awkward leaning down to read a tiny screen. That convenience adds up.

Works great.
