Dual 4K Optics with GPS Data Logging

This dash camera system records 3840×2160 resolution video from both front and rear channels simultaneously. The front lens provides a 170° field of view for broad roadway coverage. An F1.5 aperture on the front camera and F1.8 on the rear allow increased light entry under varied lighting conditions. Built-in GPS embeds route data, speed, and location coordinates directly into recorded files.

Continuous Recording with Event Detection Logic

The unit operates on a 5V/3A USB-C power supply through a vehicle outlet adapter. Loop recording writes video in segments, automatically overwriting older unlocked files when storage reaches capacity. An internal G-sensor detects sudden impact changes and flags associated footage to prevent overwrite. Manual file locking is available via a dedicated button on the device. Dual-band 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz WiFi enables direct connection to compatible mobile devices for file transfer and configuration.

Windshield Mounting and Cable Routing

The main camera mounts to the windshield using a suction cup bracket with integrated GPS module. A 21 ft rear camera extension cable connects the rear unit to the front recorder for full vehicle coverage. An 11 ft USB-C vehicle charger cable provides routing flexibility within most car and truck cabins. Cable clips and trim tools are included for guided wire placement along headliners or interior panels. For parking mode operation, a separate hardwire kit is required for constant power supply.
