my order arrived with a pump that seemed weak so I contacted the seller and they responded surprisingly fast :)) they sent me a replacement pump and even included a small voucher for the trouble <3 that's so nice of them and since installing the new pump it has been running perfectly. Soo overall, my cat drinks more water now and that alone makes it worth the trouble

the delivery took longer than expected, which was a little frustrating, but once the fountain arrived it looks really nice and the stainless steel top is a big plus. It does make a little trickling sound when the water level gets low, but I actually use that as a reminder to refill it. My cat prefers this over her old bowl and drinks much more often now.
