Carrier itself is great quality and durable. The bottom pad is thinner than expected, so I add a towel for extra comfort.

Very sturdy and roomy. The zippers were slightly stiff at first but loosened up with use. Cute color too!
Spacious, durable, and lightweight. I was able to fit an extra cushion inside for my cat. No issues with zippers and folds flat for storage.
I moved recently with my very anxious cat and this carrier made a huge difference. The roll-down flaps gave her the privacy she needed and she stayed surprisingly calm. Super sturdy and easy to clean.
