my last booster seat had these flimsy plastic buckles that snapped within a week. these ones feel totally different, solid and secure. my dog has been riding in it since i got it and nothing has budged.
honestly just tossed it in the back seat and clipped it in. my pup sits in it on long drives and it doesn't slide around or tip over like the cheap one i had before. does exactly what it should.
Very pleased with this. It works exactly as described and my little dog seems to enjoy riding in it.
The buckles on this are what really stood out to me. There are two of them and they clip onto the car's seat belt to keep the whole thing anchored. My dog moves around a lot and it genuinely does not shift.
Told my friend to get one of these for her corgi and she was nervous about whether it would actually hold a heavier dog. She said it fits him perfectly and feels sturdy, well within that 25 lb limit. We both feel a lot better on road trips now.

the interior of it is cushioned and my dog settled into it almost immediately. the sides are high enough that she feels contained without being cramped. for a dog under 25 lbs it really is the right size.

It's designed so your dog is elevated enough to look out the window, which my little one absolutely loves. She used to pace and whine on drives and now she just sits and watches the world go by.
What I didn't expect was how easy it is to move between the front and back seat depending on who's in the car. The fit works in both spots which is something I actually use pretty regularly 👍.

I was worried about whether it would actually work in the front seat since a lot of these are rear-only. It fits just fine up front with the seat belt running through the right spot. My little guy rides shotgun with me now and stays put the whole time.
