what I didn't expect was how much my dog would take to it so quickly. the slight give in the mesh seems to distribute her weight evenly so she's not resting on a hard flat surface, but she's also not sinking into something soft and unsupportive hehe
the mesh is actually breathable, like you can feel airflow through it if you hold your hand under. my dog used to pant a lot while resting and since switching to this he seems way more comfortable, especially on warmer days.
the feet have this grippy texture on the bottom that keeps the whole thing from sliding around on hardwood. I nudged it accidentally the other day and it barely moved, which tells me my dog jumping on and off isn't shifting it either.
Exactly what I was looking for. My dog seems much more comfortable and I like that it keeps him elevated off the floor. Really glad I picked this one.

I was worried about whether the mesh would get smelly and gross over time like fabric beds do, but honestly it's been really easy to wipe down and air out. no weird odors building up at all >_<
the elevation is just the right height. low enough that my older dog can step onto it without any trouble, but high enough that there's real airflow underneath and it keeps her off the cold floor in winter and the hot floor in summer.
Simple, functional, and my dog approves. That's really all I need...

I've bought cheaper versions of this type of bed before and always regretted it. This one feels much more solid and well-made. Honestly wish I had gotten it sooner
grabbed thisfor my golden retriever because bc i was worried the mesh would sag or tear under a big dog. my dog uses it every day, id say it really is sturdy 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥

my last dog bed had those little rubber feet that would slide all over my tile floor the second my dog jumped on it. this one hasn't moved an inch since I put it down. the feet actually grip and stay put, which is a huge deal when you have an energetic dog ahah

Solid and sturdy, does exactly what it's supposed to do.
had one of those foam mattress beds before and it got completely soaked every time my dog came in from the rain. switched to this and the elevated mesh design means everything just dries out fast and nothing sits trapped underneath.
Worth it.
