The cooler compartment is a separate section with its own lining, not just part of the main storage area. So cold stuff stays on one side and dry goods stay on the other. Really practical layout for grocery runs or day trips.
Great little organizer. I use it almost every time I drive now. The cooler side is a bonus I didn't know I needed.

What I like is that it folds flat when I don't need it. Most of the time my trunk is empty and I don't want a big rigid box taking up space. This just collapses and slides to the side until I need it again.
ok the leak resistant part actually works. i put a bag of ice in there and let it melt just to test it and the rest of the organizer stayed completely dry. did not expect that from something at this price point.
My last trunk organizer completely fell apart the first time I loaded it with groceries. This one has held up really well, the sides stay rigid and it doesn't slump over even when it's full. The collapsible design is way better than I expected.
had one of these from a different brand that would leak immediately if anything spilled in the cooler section. this one actually contains it. packed some raw chicken in ice for a grocery run and nothing got on the trunk liner.

I was worried the cooler compartment would just be a gimmick, like a thin little pocket that doesn't actually do anything. But it genuinely keeps cold stuff cold for a decent stretch. Put my drinks in there on a summer drive and they were still cold when I got home.

I've tried a few of these over the years and this one is the best I've found. It feels sturdier than most and the compartments are actually usable sizes, not just tiny little slots.
The handles on the sides make it easy to lift out of the trunk when I need to carry it inside. It's a small detail but every other organizer I've had didn't have proper handles and it was always awkward.
