The layout of this thing is really well thought out. The perches are staggered at different heights so both my cats can be on it at the same time without being in each other's space. That's been a huge deal in this house.
Great quality and my cats are obsessed with it. I honestly wasn't expecting them to take to it so fast but they were climbing around on it within the first hour.

Purchased this for my three cats and it handles all of them without any issues. Solid, tall enough to keep them entertained, and looks decent in the living room too. Very pleased with it overall.
I was nervous about the ladder honestly, figured my older cat would ignore it or slip right off. She took to it within a day and uses it every time she wants to get to the top. The steps have enough grip that she feels confident on it.
Told my neighbor to get one for her two cats after she mentioned she was worried about the scratching posts being too thin to hold up. She texted me saying her cats have been going at them constantly and they're holding up perfectly fine 😁.

At 54 inches it genuinely reaches up high enough that my cat feels like she's surveying the whole room from the top perch. She has a window nearby and just sits up there watching birds for long stretches. It's clearly her favorite spot now.
Good sturdy cat tree. Does the job well and my cats are getting plenty of use out of it.

what i really like is how the scratching posts are positioned at the base and along the sides, so my cats actually use them instead of going for the furniture. the texture must be right because they prefer it over everything else in the apartment.
my last cat tree started wobbling after a few weeks and my cats refused to go near it. this one has stayed completely solid, even with my two bigger cats jumping on and off the top perch all day. much sturdier base than i expected.
The condo section is enclosed enough that my shy cat uses it to decompress when things get loud. He goes in there and feels hidden. Having that covered space alongside the open perches means both my cats, who have totally different personalities, both get use out of it.
The condo on this is actually roomy. Previous ones I bought had these tiny little cubbies my cat would squeeze into and then look miserable. She genuinely fits in there and curls up comfortably for hours.
